Deadshot and Harley Quinn would win. Deadshot can shoot faster and longer too. Deadshot is more deadlier than Bucky by headshot on Bucky. As for Harley, Harley would use Joker's gas laugh on Elektra and knock her unconscious with her bat on Elektra.

Winter Soldier solos. Deadshot is unquestionably a better marksman, but in strategy, no chance against Bucky. Elektra could kill Floyd and Harley if she's close enough. But really, Winter Soldier the MVP here. He's much more of a killing machine.
