Iphone X, if software is the answer, optimally it's Mac compatible. Tried DrFone, Leawo,Tenorshare w/ no luck

Sorry, they are gone for good.

Restoring a backup makes it so the computer or device has *exactly* the same content as when the backup was created - no more and no less.

Any changes between the backup and restore are lost, unless you save stuff separately before doing the restore.
