No, but we are not on the best of terms with them, and now re establishing tariffs are not helping at all.

They are as much a geopolitical adversary as Russia is.

That is how they should have been treated by the US under every president.

I'll never understand why Clinton failed to do so. Perhaps it was all the cash they got from Chinese bagmen?
