On a hot day, is it okay for a skinny, 24 year old guy to walk around shirtless at home.?

I'm 24 and still live with my parents and have always been way to shy to take my shirt off, but lost some weight and I'm feeling better about myself now. Everyone says I'm skinny. It's now summer and it's really hot so instead of a shirt sticking to me, I'd rather just walk around shirtless. I have been doing it, and both Mom and Dad say it's perfectly fine.
