Why does society favor Biracial People who are Black/White but not White/Hispanic?

White people will still be the majority in most states by the end of the century. Most white people don't race mix and never will.

I honestly don't know. It might be because society praises minorities (even when in the wrong) and hates white people. So to see a white person and 'minority' get together they get all happy or whatever? I don't know. I don't think anyone should be making a race that important.
