If I'm understanding this correctly, you're asking if you have to pay something back that was deposited to your account in error?
The answer is yes, if you don't you can be charged with theft. This happens from time to time with bank errors or or where someone may have an account number wrong and it goes into the wrong account.
I had someone's social security check deposited in my account in error. I knew it wasn't mine, so I did the appropriate (and legal) thing and contacted the bank about the error and the SSA so the money could be sent to where it should have been. That's someone's monthly income and how they live. It's how they buy their food, medicine, rent and anything else they need. Why it was there is irrelevant, what is relevant is that it wasn't mine.
If you don't know the right thing to do in a situation like this.. your parents failed raising you.
However, most likely it is a scam to clear out your bank account.
