How are Canadians "starving"? The poverty rate is about 10% in Canada, but it's about 15-16% in the USA. Unlike poor people in the USA, poor Canadians still are way better off, they actually can still get healthcare, for example. Poor Canadians are way better off than people in the US, and poor people in the US are mountains better off than the people in China. Chinese poor people have nothing.
