It is not a scam. People do win the grand prizes.

The odds of winning the grand prize, or even winning more than you bet, are low enough that you can easily lose enough money that it might as well be a scam.

Prolly just a big scam I got a couple 10 dollars tickets a few times but mostly just tickets that suck like 1 dollar or 2 dollar tickets that ya just throw away and not bother cashin
