can i join the us american marine corps with Kabuki make up syndrome? This is a serious question, so no jokes please?
Here is a description of the disorder: Kabuki syndrome is a disorder that affects many parts of the body. It is characterized by distinctive facial features including arched eyebrows; long eyelashes; long openings of the eyelids (long palpebral fissures) with the lower lids turned out (everted) at the outside edges; a flat, broadened tip of the nose; and large protruding earlobes. The name of this disorder comes from the resemblance of its characteristic facial appearance to stage makeup used in traditional Japanese Kabuki theater. https://ghr.nlm.nih.gov/condition/kabuki-syndrome

Based on the 3/4 of the description you failed to copy here, I suspect you would be unlikely to meet the minimum physical requirements.
Actually, given that you left out ALL of the primary symptoms and post anonymously, I suspect you are a troll.

I've sure you can, at least try to. I don't see a reason for them to turn you down.

The physiological problems associated with Kabuki make up syndrome - such as heart defects and spinal column abnormalities - will generally disqualify someone from serving in the US military even if the typical mental disability associated with the syndrome is not present.
