Is a soapy water bad for skin if I don't rinse it ?

Yes - soapy water might harm the skin if you don't rinse off the soap.

Of course, there is no way to say exactly how harmful it would be - if at all. The reaction could be anything from no reaction at all to a rash or skin irritation caused by the soap residue that was left on the skin.

The type of soap, the ratio of soap to water, and your sensitivity to that soap would determine if you have a reaction or not.

It won't permanently damage it but the skin will have a residue and get dried out.
