Will and FM transmitter left plugged into my car drain my car battery?

Update:

I have a bluetooth/fm transmitter that I'm using and it has an on/off switch, but I noticed that the blue lights near the port (on the device, it has 2 usb plugins to charge stuff) stay on even when its off which means it still draws current. I would like to leave it plugged in all the time but I don't wanna drain my battery. Any help?

Yes, it will, but it may take several days. If you drive the car on a daily basis, and it has a healthy electrical system, it shouldn't be a concern.
