additional questions are to be asked in real life-in order to thoroughly answer your question....

please, be so kind to immediately let your closest available family and your Family Doctor there - exactly know what you're going through- ask for and timely get the help you need....

it has to be a thorough, responsible , real- life, medical decision, what has to be done ,whether you need the professional help of a psychiatrist or so- and what prescription drug to use- if so....

CBD oil, Ginseng, Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, 5-HTP, very small doses of psilocybin mushrooms in tea form maybe, but not eaten and not enough to “trip” (If you’re going to go the psilocybin mushroom route do it with somebody who knows what they’re doing... a “shroom sitter” as they say). The worst and most dangerous anti-depressants are the ones made by “Pig” (Big) Pharma, though.... beware of those...

Exercise. Ten minute walk after each meal. The minute the fork goes down, put on your shoes and move it out the door.

If you mean chemicals (yes I know that EVERYTHING is a chemical, but you know what I mean), Doxepin. It also helps you sleep easier. (IT is a more or less high-powered oral antihistamine and is not addictive.)
