Rather than actual recipes, I will give you some tips: Fresh produce and fruits. For produce, NEVER boil the crap out of them. Stir fry or Blanch(2-3 minutes in boiling water). Leave canned, jarred or frozen veggies alone. Takes a little longer, but well worth it. Meats: 4 ounces-NOT a one pound steak, even if you grill it. Salt: It IS your friend, it is not bad for you in small amounts(like for seasoning)-OR, make your own salt free seasoning.
