Maybe try seeing things in a different perspective, everybody all over the world will not have 100% perfect looking skin, there's a lot of people who suffer from many skin conditions or deformities, so you're not alone with your skin issues. The problem is that covering your face in makeup isn't going to make these skin issues go away, they only hide them away till you have to take it all off unless you dedicate yourself to getting treatment and having a well-balanced skincare routine, then you'll get far fewer issues. Drinking water is probably the most healthy and easy way to clear impurities of the body and clear your skin while retaining moisture.
A lot of skin issues like acne are caused by an imbalance of your hormones if you eat fairly healthy and you get some exercise then the issue isn't caused by a bad diet but from the imbalance.
We're imperfect beings, so our skin isn't going to be clear and problem free all the time, some of them are genetic and therefore are out of our control. Never look to celebrities to help with your skin issues or for any health issues because they're rich, and they can afford to support a healthy eating lifestyle, as well as have personal trainers to help them stay in shape, they're not perfect, they just have a lot of money and time to improve themselves, while those of us struggle to run a few miles and eat healthily on a budget so don't look at them as perfect, look at them like they have the money to keep it all up, so they're always going to have an advantage, which is unfortunate, but its true.
