A burger from Burger King is good for you if you leave of the mayo and it is made fresh.
Get everything on it - lettuce,tomato,pickle,onion,cheese and the bun gives you something from each food group.
To be quite honest,even the so called Good for you foods are not really as good for you either.
It all depends on preparation and portion control.
