how do I report someone who is working under the table in Florida?

    You walk into your local IRS business and report it and you also report it to the employment office, whatever it is called in Florida.

    You actually report the business they are working for, they are the ones who are committing a crime.

      Actually, they are both committing a crime. Tax evasion by the employer and the employee.

    You don't. You have exactly zero proof. If the person who is working under the table wants to report it - then THEY have to report it.
