I think you should be able to safely Connect all of that.
How much of it you can use At One Time will be the main factor.
A normal 120 volt outlet can handle 15 amps ( X 120 volts = 1800 watts).
That means 15 amps Total, whether from one half of it or both halves,
because the load is limited by the 15 A breaker protecting it.
If, as is the normal case, there are other outlets on the circuit,
the breaker might trip due to overloading,
especially if there is any kitchen or laundry appliance on that circuit.
You may end up needing to have an additional circuit installed by an electrician.
Also, breakers sometimes go bad.
They are designed to fail in a safe direction,
meaning that as they slowly deteriorate they will trip at lower and lower currents
until almost any load will make them shut off.
