Unplug the XBox when you aren't using it. It doesn't need to stay plugged in.
For that matter, unplug the fans as well, if there isn't anyone in the room. Fans do not cool space, they do not cool air. They MOVE air, and that cools PEOPLE. If there are no people in the area where the fans are being used, having the fans plugged in and running is a waste of time and electricity.
The phone charger absolutely does NOT need to be plugged in unless there is a phone charging. Fun fact: those little phone chargers use a little electricity even when nothing is plugged into them. Feel it when there's nothing hooked up to it: it's a little warm, isn't it? And that's money you're spending for no good. And warming your house for no good. Granted, it isn't much money and it isn't much heat - but it's not nothing, either.
All the things you described could be powered by a single outlet, even if they were all running simultaneously. If your plug burned, the problem is probably with the plug itself. Replace it.
