How can I get more protein in my lunch?

For breakfast I normally have a big scramble of egg whites, ham, potatoes, and cheese with milk which equates to about 60 grams of protein. Dinner I normally have chicken with some kind of starch and vegetable and I get around 70 grams of protein. So how can I get more protein in my lunch? I know you already think I am getting enough protein but I don't feel like its enough for how much physical activity I do.
