The speaker claims the USA is 7th in literacy in the world, this is true.

It is claimed the USA is 27th in mathematics in the world, it is now in 41st place.

It is claimed the USA is 22nd in science, it is now ranked 25th in science in the world.

It is claimed the USA 49th in life expectancy, which is true.

That the USA is 179th in infant mortality rate is also true, it comes between Croatia and the Faroe Islands.

Yes it is also true that the USA has the largest number of its people in prison in the world, and also that the USA spends more on it's military that most of the rest of the world put together.

Add to that it is not only the richest country in the only modern industrialised country in the world but the only one where people go bankrupt because they or a family member get sick, the single biggest cause of personal bankruptcy in the USA.

So if you are asking if these facts are true then yes.
