The top schools, including Harvard, are needs blind. That means they accept you first and then determine how much to charge you. If your family's income is $65,000 or less, your entire undergraduate degree will be free including your accommodation.
Your father is wrong on several counts. Firstly, these places are the cheapest places to get a degree on the planet unless your family is so rich that the cost is chickenfeed. Way better than even a full ride scholarship. Secondly, it matters very much in America where you attended university. Whilst in most countries your social class is determined by your family, in the US everything depends on the university you attended.
But start by working on your English. They will put your application in the shredder if you use words like 'cuz' (whatever that means) and 'good paying' is not even American let alone English. I know you are very young but good grammar habits and writing properly can never start too early.
