Time is motion in the direction of the 4th Dimension inherent in ALL matter. Since we only directly experience a 3D world, we do not experience it as a motion---we cannot "sense" a 4th dimension.---so time is sensed indirectly ---as RELATIVE motion between particles and objects where the 4D movement vectors are at slight angles to each other.
Like two cars matching speed at say, 60mph. on a highway, side by side. As long as the paths of the cars are parallel, we see NO relative motion between the cars (from the POV of the cars)---should one car veer off a bit slightly , we would see a relative motion between the cars.----one moving away. The 60 mph motion of both cars is like the time motion in the matter (and us) that surrounds us we do not sense that, but we DO sense objects and particles moving away from or towards us from all directions (we have 3 dimensions, the highway cars only have 2)-------Should "Energy" change these 4D motion paths slightly
