You need to find out from your doc (through blood tests) what nutrients, if any, your body is lacking. Then, you can discuss with your doc how to get those missing nutrients through foods or supplements. Most multivitamins are wasted because a lot of what's in them just passes through your system un-absorbed, and is expelled (so a waste of money). Some vitamins/minerals need to be consumed on an empty stomach for best absorption, some should be taken with food. Some need to be taken in combination with certain other vitamins/minerals to be absorbed and utilized properly by the body. No manufactured vitamins/minerals are used by the body as well as ones that come naturally from foods.
Better to up your intake of fruits/veggies. You may find some recipes of fruits or veggies that you really like, even if you don't care much about eating a specific fruit or veggie raw or by itself.
