But it's NOT a dumb question at all!
Especially if you don't know the answer. Don't ever let anyone tell you it is.
Actually, if you wear the same color on your legs and your feet, they'll blend in and not look as large.
A grey skirt with navy blue tights and navy blue shoes...or jeans with dark socks and shoes. The idea is not to have your feet look like they are different than your legs. Clogs work just fine with similar colors too, because they give you a little extra height, and round out your feet.
Don't worry- it only seems large to you, because you're growing rapidly. As you get used to your proportions, you will move differently, and your feet won't seem so large. For now, make sure you always wear the proper size shoe, and make sure you wear quality shoes as well. Stay away from cheap trainers or sneakers- get some good mary jane type shoes (KT's suggestion of Jambu's is a good one). Dansko "professional" clogs are also really good - and they come in fun patent leather that is fine in the rain.
Stay away from skinny jeans and boyfriend jeans- boot cut will balance them out with your legs. Leggings don't help, either. Even if you want to wear red tights, just keep legs and feet the same color or close, and you'll be fine.
See? There is an answer, and it wasn't dumb. Neither are you for asking!
