I used to cop it from everyone because I was very underweight. Much older, and after years of back problems, that meant less mobility, and nerve pain meds, I put on about 20 kg! Fortunately last operation (3rd time lucky?) was big help and I quit the pain meds and lost 11 kg in about 6 months, without any dieting! Proves the meds were the cause. Not taking anything much now but weight has stabilised, and I would like to lose the other 10 kg now ... but, after trying to put weight on most of my life, for health reasons, I find I am pretty useless at trying to diet now! Others say I look better with weight on; but I don't feel comfortable, so I do want to lose the other 10kg. Sure I can make lots of excuses; but I know I am my worst enemy, as I find I lean towards all the fattening (as well as the very healthy) foods still... so hard wired to put weight on! Doctors day I'm just over the ideal weight, so not to be concerned.
