What is some information about G.L.B.T human rights in early twenty-first century (common era) Chechnya?

Same-sex activity is illegal in Chechnya, and the punishment for violation includes corporal punishment (beating, flogging), torture, and/or execution. Ramzan Kadyrov is Putin's anti-Muslim viceroy in Chechnya, and has established his own security forces loyal to him, personally, which include death squads tasked with eliminating all vestiges of anything but heterosexuality. They do so by extra-judicial arrests and murder. Several nations have granted refugee status to LGBT Chechens.
There are 11 other places in the world where death is the punishment for homosexuality (including the ISIS enclave). Seventy-two countries still have laws forbidding homosexuality, but with lesser punishments.

Right now Chechnya has gay concentration camps and wants to exterminate the lgbt population, all the while they deny that lgbt people exist in the first place. That is all you need to know.

Very poor. Chechnya has been in a state of war and turmoil since the late 90s when Putin came to power.
He has a little commandant subordinate whose job is to send gays to camps.
