a gas bubble has a volume of .50 L at the bottom of the lake where the pressure is 4.7 atm. what si the volume of the bubble at the surface of the lake, where the pressure is 1.0 atm?

    To solve this problem, use the Boyle’s law equation. The volume is inversely proportional to the pressure.

    0.5 * 4.7 = V * 1

    V = 2.35 L
