μ = 83

σ = 10

s = 10/√9 = 10/3 = 3.33

a) z = (100-83)/3.33 = 5.1

P(z>5.1) = 0

b) z = -0.9

P(z<-0.9) = 0.1841

c) P(-0.9<z<5.1) = 0.8159
