I had a smoothie for breakfast which consisted of: Semi skimmed milk 2 bananas 3 strawberries Handful of blueberries Lunch: Cheese salad with low fat salad cream including: Cucumber Pickled onions Spring onion Raw Carrot Grapes Weight watcher fruit yoghurt after Dinner Half a can of tuna in sunflower... show more I had a smoothie for breakfast which consisted of:
