Arris is right. You need to eat less. It's all your fault. You failed to grab any when they handed put willpower.
Sound about right?
Bc it's NOT your fault nor is it your responsibility to stop hunger. Only the hormone leptin CAN stop hunger by signaling the brain that the body's cells are fully fueled and that it is okay to not only stop being hungry but to burn what you ingested.
But your leptin is being stymied by the one carbohydrate called fructose. Too much fructose easily overwhelmed the liver, and it then starts causing liver dysfunction, which prevents leptin release and also causes a myriad of actual health problems (Being fat is NOT unhealthy; just a sign of what is causing it).
Genetics only determines who and when people who over-consume fructose get fat.
And it's EVERYWHERE. In 90% of processed foods, soda, juice, etc.
Fructose from fruit is ok bc of the incumbent fiber.
Sugar, HFCS, honey, nectar, juice, molasses, maple syrup and white flour products
...(most breads, crackers and pastas) all have little or no fiber.
These things are the primary driver of obesity and diabetes II and most heart disease and hypothyroidism and IBS and bad acne and fatty liver disease, etc.
Like I said, obesity is the MINOR player.
So avoid the above and get thin.
Don't, and keep getting fatter. That's another discussion.
