When you work at a job, you have faith that your employer is going to do what he/she said. You have put your trust in them that they will fulfill their word. With faith, any faith, it is the same. You put your trust into the system, and then that system has to show you it will do what it says it will do. That brings about faith.
If on the other hand, your employer, after just being hired, doesn't pay you, then you will have lost trust and faith in him/her. It is at that point, you will be forever skeptical of whether or not they will come through and pay you. This is why it is important to be true to your word, because faith can give a great peace of mind to people, but when it is lacking, there is anxiety and chaos.
