What are the top 10 greatest movies ever?
In my opinion, and this is hardly everybody else's expert list--these are my favorites but also what I consider worthy of high praise.
Also: these are ones all made after 1960, because a list of all of film history is too much to fit into 10 films. These are not ranked:
1) The New World
2) Godfather 2
4) Pan's Labyrinth
5) The Pianist
6) The Manchurian Candidate (1962)
7) Cinema Paradiso
8) A.I. (Artificial Intelligence)
9) Trois Couleurs Bleu, Blanc et Rouge (film triilogy)
10) Twelve Monkeys
