1 ton AC is about 1200 watts. But you need to store power for times when the wind is not available or slow. I'd get a unit of at least 5x that and a battery system capable of storing enough energy to run your loads for 24 hours.
In fact, buying a wind turbine just to run an AC is not a good idea economically. what do you do with the turbine when you don't need the AC? just let it sit idle?
You need to look at your entire houses power needs and how best to handle them.
For example, instead of a huge battery system, you can make a deal with your local power company where you sell them power when the wind is good, and buy power from then when the wind is poor.
