Would you buy some saffron rather fresh from the farm (like a couple of months)on eBay even if it's more expensive compared to others?

Do I call it ''organic'' if it is all natural and not manufactured.
Update: 3 Pounds per each gram is already ridiculous? (It is ridiculous for those manufactured old saffrons.) It's not a cheap low-quality saffron. How do I convince people without misleading them?
