Losing weight/fat?

I already exercise a ton, I'm in water polo from August to November, swimming from November to February, and lacrosse from February to May. I still am overweight or at least a little chubby. I am about to turn 15 and I am 5'9.5 and weigh 160 pounds. I eat a lot of candy and sugared drinks and don't get... show more I already exercise a ton, I'm in water polo from August to November, swimming from November to February, and lacrosse from February to May. I still am overweight or at least a little chubby. I am about to turn 15 and I am 5'9.5 and weigh 160 pounds. I eat a lot of candy and sugared drinks and don't get a lot of sleep. If I fix those two habits can I expect a huge weight loss or fat burn?
