Because you keep injuring yourself after doing these prescribed exercises, something tells me you may not be doing them correctly. Rather than getting advice and going home to do them on your own, go to a gym where a certified trainer can observe your technique. Stretching your calf muscles on a step/stair can be very stressful to the Achilles if done incorrectly (as you have noticed). My advice, ice those tendons, A LOT! I had tendonitis of my elbow. I couldn't even lift anything greater than 5 lbs because the pain was unbearable. I iced it several times per day, every day. To my amazement, it did heal. But it does take time. It will get better, but you have to treat it properly. Stay away those types of stretches that put excessive amounts of stress on your tendons, ligaments, and joints. For your glutes, a simple stretch. You have to hold on to something to balance yourself, then bend one leg up, holding the knee with your opposite hand, gently pull your knee toward the opposite side of your body. So, if you pick up your left knee, hold it with your right hand and gently pull it toward the right side.
As for bullies, like others here have said, high school is over. Don't let them win. They can't hurt you anymore. You need to make something of yourself. Go to college or take some courses toward something you want to do. Sitting in your room playing video games, being depressed, isn't helping you. In fact, sitting around contributes to depression. Running isn't the best exercise for your body anyway. Try something less strenuous like bike riding or swimming. Volunteer at an animal shelter. Take some classes. I don't know what you are interested in, maybe something like cooking or auto. Find something that interests you and do it. There is no better revenge to bullies than success. Suicide means they've gotten the best of you, ULTIMATELY. Don't let them take up that much space in your brain. Don't give them that much power. Trust me, they aren't worth it. Been there. Success is the sweetest revenge.
