First off close your internet browser use the task manager if necessary install CC cleaner and check mark all the appropriate boxes to completely clean out your browser and your registry run it now going to your control panel find where it says Java open up Java it takes a minute to open then find the tab that says general settings or general and find the box that says keep temporary files on this computer on check that box click apply click okay then after you have done that run Malwarebytes get rid of anything bad that it finds then run your antivirus get rid of anything bad that it finds and restart your computer when you restart your computer clean the browser from inside the browser to get rid of any cookies that should prevent further recurrences of that Java exploit pop up

Try to install Avast Antivirus or Malwarebytes.

    download malwarebytes antimalware from here

    https://www.malwarebytes.com/

    get the free version

run a scan and let it delete anything it finds, it can then be uninstalled. Then download adware and run that

    https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

again delete anything it finds and uninstall it after wards. Hopefully your computer should be clean

Activate your Firewalls, and install a good Anti-Malware program to remove the existing malware and prevent it being installed again.
