What more Food-prep.-methods can I try?
I am trying many different ways to prepare my meals at home.
Having cooked a Standard Stiry-fry method for far too many years (because this is much quicker cooking time) I am forcing my diet away from this high fat / high salt / too much oil routine in favor of steam-cooking.
Adding the fact that I have cookware from all over the world in my kitchen, I am adding dry Roasting to my cooking methods.
Which other food-preparation methods (I call it "food preparation" instead of "cooking" because in ^ aim to try all menus, I am including Raw foods as another dietary method) are possible?

microwave from scratch, griddle, healthy grill, slow cooker, poaching, boiling.

You only need 1 tbsp or so of oil in a stir fry or oven roasting...
