define "no better". what are your complaints?

are you sure it isn't the computer at fault?

You need to call your ISP and complain. If it used to work faster, and now doesn't, then they can troubleshoot where the hardware failure is. If it has always been slow, then you very likely got scammed by them. You can either ask to upgrade to a faster package or if they have nothing faster then change to an ISP that can provide a faster package. You can also report them to the BBB if they are actively advertising something that they do not really have (a fast service) or report them for not resolving your issue. But until you take your issue to the actual source of the problem (the ISP) nothing will ever get resolved because you are the customer hence you must take this up with them.

Because you have not yet complained. Leave the provider and use another,.

I wonder if you may have missed a dose of something. That didn't make sense.
