Is there any compound exercise that can replace barbell squats because i cant do a proper squat without falling back?

    use lower weight until you don't fall back. trust your balance or just try weightless squats till you get your form right and your balance correct

    Learn to do squats properly and you won't fall backward. A proper squat keeps the weight roughly over the center of your support (your feet), or slightly forward of it. There is nothing wrong with a bit of forward lean when squatting, the important thing is bracing your core and keeping your spine straight - this doesn't necessarily mean upright.

    Put your heels on a piece of 2x4 inch wood. There should be one in the gym.

    Practice by hovering over a low stool. Watch your form in a mirror. Your knees should not move forward. Push up with your heels. After youve mastered that, rest dumb bells on your shoulders in gradually heavier weights. I think its easier on my neck to use dumb bells instead of a barbell.
