How do foreigners get Russian driving license?

    Dunno. But in most countries they accept whatever driver's license you have plus proof of insurance coverage in the foreign country (e.g., Russia) you'll be driving in. I've driven in Italy, Germany, and Australia with a California driver's license. USAA insurance covered me in those foreign countries.

    But Russia being Russia, you best check. I suspect you can find out on the web. But not from Answers.
