Is this in your chart? Then, yes, it is the worst possible placement. In fact every planet in your chart is so poorly placed that you will never enjoy a moment's happiness, so give up now. Join a cloistered religious order and be grateful that people who don't like being around other people will accept you. Or you could learn to think more clearly.
I've seen two, maybe three, really horrible charts in my life and I've seen plenty of them. One was Hitler's. Your chart is not in that class. But I saw another chart once that stuck with me. It belonged to a man and almost every planet was in a strong dignity and/or in good aspect to another planet in strong dignity. This was the chart everyone thinks they should have been born with. The guy was one useless human being. Couldn't hold a job, not that he cared. Couldn't keep a marriage together, and ended up living in a dump with other losers playing video games and tried to hold on to menial jobs to support his habit. And I might add this guy probably had a higher than average IQ. He had a good personality though. Great life.
So, your placements are a mix of good and difficult - like everyone else's. Your problems are not the result of your chart, but the result of your attitude about yourself. This is not the fault of your parents, or friends or neighbors or anyone else, much less your chart. You need to do an assessment of your strengths and weaknesses (we all have both), and work with the strengths. Astrology can help with that, and so can other fields of knowledge. Stop playing "Ain't it Awful" and get out and make a life for yourself. You can begin that right now regardless of your age or your current condition. Pity parties are for losers.
