No. Obi Wan died too long ago for Rey to be his daughter.
Maybe Obi Wan had a child who grew up to be Rey's parent...but this still seems like quite stretch. Besides, wouldn't Obi Wan's child also be strong in the force and therefore be discovered by Vader or Palpatine?
As for Kylo Ren's "revelation" about Rey's parents...I don't quite buy it. First of all, how would Kylo know? Did he have a vision or simply tap in to Rey's visions, meaning he could have misinterpreted something. Second, his comment "you come from nothing" was clearly aimed at trying to anger her, and tip her to the dark side. Let's not forget, Anakin _also_ came from nothing. Kylo knows Vader is his grandfather, but did Luke also tell Kylo how Vader was Anakin, or did he repress that information, for fear of tarnishing Anakin's accomplishments to say nothing of the Jedi in general.
While the old Jedi were concerned with lineage as an indicator of someone's force ability, Luke's statements make it clear that none of that matters. As far as he's concerned, everyone can - and should be taught to - use the force.
