GOP means "Grand Old Party," referring to the Republican Party. You mean "convention." It's still too early to know for 2020. Unlike the Olympics which are known many years in advance, the conventions can be planned in a relatively short time.

The cities haven't been chosen for the 2020 conventions yet. There is a list of possible cities and it includes Las Vegas, Pittsburgh, Milwaukee, Atlanta, Indianapolis, St. Louis and Virginia Beach, Virginia. with different "experts" guessing which one will be for which party.

The term GOP stands for Grand Old Party which is a nickname for The Republican Party. There is no such thing as a "Democrat GOP" and the term "Republican GOP" is meaningless. If you are referring to the respective party's national convention, which occurs every 4 years, in the summer prior to a Presidential Election, it is called the Democratic Party National Convention or the Republican Party National Convention.
