Are there any authentic restaurants in NYC?
I'm visiting from Singapore and by god do you guys not know how to make Ramen, Mapo Tofu, or Pho correctly. Are White/Black Americans typically bad at cooking, your tastebuds inferior to Easterners, or you're just too uncultured? I'm now scared of checking out the Los Angeles food scene.
If you guys can't even handle Kimchi, please stop trying to present your lousy "cooking" as "Asian". It's orientalist to the core. Bad enough you guys created Logan Paul.
