What should I get as a gift for my nephews christening?

He’s recently turned 3 months and it’s my first time going to a christening so I don’t know what you’re supposed to get them

You don't HAVE to get them anything. This is a religious ceremony, not an obligatory gift-giving event.

Traditional Christening gifts are things like Bibles and silver spoons...but how many of those does a kid need?

Really, unless you are the Godparent, I see no reason to clutter up someone else's house with keepsake crap they're supposed to keep for the next 20 years.

I like to give a little lamb stuffed animal and a bible story book, something they can use that’s also relevant to the occasion.

    Generally a religious keepsake.
