The difference is some people work extremely hard for what they have, which is why they obtain more money than others. While on the other hand, some people are lazy and do not work, which is why they remain poor. My grandfather lived in Nazi Germany as a child, his father was an officer and was always away on war campaigns, so he was alone with his mother for quite some time. They had little money, and the only reason they could eat was because my grandfather (as a child) would go hunting with only the receiver of a .22LR, if he did not kill anything, they would starve. He even told me once than he would pick up fallen vegetables from the back of trucks passing on the road.
My grandfather came from poverty, but when he became 18 he heard of Venezuela, and back then it was like the Switzerland of South America. He first went with his friend to work on coffee farms, but that did not work out so he eventually took a job working for an American chemical company based in Venezuela. He had bigger plans, so he went to the bank, got a loan, and started his own chemistry based company. Long story short, he makes the undercoating from Hummer and Fiat, as well as many oil well lubricants, industrial cleaning solution, etc. During the Vietnam War he sold 20.000 barrels of industrial cleaning solution to the Americans, used to clean off the aircrafts. He came from starving in a war zone, to owning a multi-million dollar company which was made completely by him. My grandfather worked extremely hard for every penny that he has, it is not fair to allow other people which are in poverty to benefit from his hard work. If you wish to make money for yourself, work for it, there is absolutely no excuse.
