Why do US companies push all over the world their junk-food:McD, Coke, Mars,KFC, Lays, Starbucks. Doesn't it do harm to health&local markets?

Up until recently, Health and Profits were mutually exclusive.

If people didn't want to buy them, the companies wouldn't sell them. Why is it corps' job to police people's eating habits? People are responsible for what they eat. Junk is fine in moderation.
