You can do ANY recipe that you want just omit peanut, peanut butter and any other nut called for.

You can substitute Soy butter if your friend can have that. Or Sunflower butter. Both sold near the nut butters but neither are a nut butter.

Also is your friend allergic to coconuts? They are not nuts so if she can have them that opens up a whole other group of cookies that you can make.

Brownies would be good, no need to add nuts.

Fudge is good, again no nuts

English Toffee is great just omit nuts when you pour it onto the chocolate that is common on the top and bottom of English Toffee.

Caramel is another great gift idea.

Regular old sugar cookies! Or oatmeal cookies with raisins (but no nuts). Or chocolate cookies with no nuts. Look in a cookbook and you'll see MOST cookie recipes don't have nuts in them. And those that do, the nuts are optional (except for peanut butter cookies. I never made PB cookies without peanut butter. I wonder what they'd be like. Probably not good.)
