Usually cooked vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, peppers, onions, spinach, or grape tomatoes) with organic extra firm Tofu or Boca Original Chik'n Veggie Patties.
I top Schwebel's whole grain white bread (2 slices) with scrambled tofu and spinach.
The next dinner will be boca patties with spinach, peppers, asparagus, grape tomotoes, broccoli, or onions. I will have the patties with one, several, or all the veggies.
The patties are cooked in the juice (a mixture of water and seasonings) of the vegetables. I never use oil.
The organic extra firm tofu is seasoned with smart balance buttery spread, soul seasoning, sazon perfecta, curry, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, chili powder, and paprika.
The broccoli is seasoned with buttery spread, garlic powder, and salt.
The other vegetables and Boca patties have the same seasonings as tofu, except I omit Italian seasoning, curry, and buttery spread.
That's most days. Other times I will have gluten free spaghetti with marinara sauce and seasonings. I will top it with gardein classic meatless meatballs and a side of garlic bread made with schwebel's whole grain white bread. The garlic bread will be topped with smart balance buttery spread, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
